Civil Site Engineer
Summary of Position
One of the leading international company specialized in construction is looking for Civil Site Engineer.
The Civil Site Engineer will be in charge of overseeing work on site, ensuring QA & QC procedures are conformed to all contractors, preparing planning of Microsoft Project Planning and general engineering detailing.
Minimum 5 years’ experience (10 years’ experience should be a plus).
Good level of English (both written and spoken).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design assessment drawing review
- Oversee QA/QC procedures
- Maintain site records
- Participate in activities designed to improve the Quality of Service Delivery in line with the company policies
- Comply with workplace procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control including identification, reporting and investigation of all health and safety risks, accidents injuries, etc.
- Assist Construction Manager in all matters of regular project coordination, construction, quality, planning & reporting
- Coordinate and liaise with clients and its representative and other authorities
- Prepare Microsoft Project Planning, contractor planning reviews and organise ways to mitigate delays occasioned by external causes
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports to manager and clients
- Office based working for an architectural or engineering design consultancy

Other Requirements
- Technical qualification in construction related discipline
- Strong general management skills for a construction project including implementation of QA/QC procedures
- Strong knowledge in site supervision and team management
- Knowledge about design and construction principals and drawing/workflow for admin, planning and drawing
- Experienced in working both on site and office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- IT skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Project
