Commercial Director

Summary of Position

Our client is a part of an international Health Group in Cambodia which leads the world in the creation of healthcare knowledge, making trustworthy information accessible; empowering us all to live happier and healthier. They are looking for a Commercial Director who will have the mission to develop the business activity of the company, to promote all their services and to look for new clients, implementing great campaigns for them. His/her main responsibilities will be Business Development management and Client management as well as to drive the business opportunities among healthcare companies in Cambodia to become their first digital partner and create strong relationship with them. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities from research, lead and historic records
  • Develop creative digital strategies and attractive pitch for potential customers
  • Achieve business, sale and revenue targets for the region
  • Represent the company at all networking events for startups and HealthTech
  • Be the main lead for the regional team and participate to call or training with the Group
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Promote all company products; recognize the importance of cross/range-selling
  • Arrange meeting for consultants with potential clients to present our solutions
  • Research and monitor global developments to identify financial, technological and demographic trends
  • Plan approaches and pitches, working closely with the relevant internal teams to develop proposals
  • Identify new business opportunities outside of existing relationships, by recognizing gaps in the market and where propositions may add commercial value
  • Lead commercial engagements with new business leads, quantifying value of new services, working towards an agreed target

  • Must be able to create and present professional presentation and business proposals
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
