Compliance Manager
Summary of Position
One of the leading international company specialized in quality clothing manufacturing is looking for a Compliance Manager.
The Compliance Manager will be in charge of responsibility for Compliance field, develop and set up compliance standard.
At least 5 years experience in Human Resource/Administration and Compliance Field (Both Social compliance and Quality Management System).
Proficiency in English/Khmer both writing and speaking.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle outsourcing factories in Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia to make sure they are all fully complied with clients’ compliance standard and no any critical concerns have been occurred on audit reports of Social Compliance Audit and QMS Audit
- Keep tracing with independent 3rd parties to be uploaded report into the website
- Do internal compliance audit and share to all related parties for taking action
- Do summary report of NCs of all outsourcing factories to update to respective management
- Keep follow up with factories to make sure they are complied with clients’ standard, especially Marks and Spencer requirement
- Set up the factory to be on top of compliance standard to comply with 3rd party audit and clients’ standard
- Develop procedure, policies, and standard operation procedure for onside implementation
- Advise to all related parties of onsite non-compliance issues to do the corrective action
- Keep follow up and pushing the non-compliance issues to be done as appointed dateline
- Do the daily observe for non-compliance issues which have been always occurred and immediately report to respective persons to do correction
- Prepare documents, policies, procedure and SOP for 3rd parties audit
- Do corrective action plan and upload evident of improvement into company’s website after the audit report have been uploaded by 3rd parties
- Arrange OSH committee meeting (monthly) with meeting minute and sharing to all related parties to do the improvement

To the Senior Human Resources/Administration Manager and Sourcing Director
Experience Required
At least 5 years experience in Human Resources/Administration and Compliance Field (Both Social compliance and Quality Management System)
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Proficiency in English/Khmer both writing and speaking
Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Management Information System or any other degrees related
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness; and to work under pressure to deliver outcomes under tight deadlines
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Great capacity for teamwork
