The Affiliated Network for Social Accountability (ANSA) Cambodia is an independent and non-profit NGO that works to fight against corruption, and improve governance in the areas of education, health, public infrastructure, public administrative services and natural resource management.

ANSA is recruiting a local consultant for approximately  to undertake task of school monitoring report writing in return for a reasonable salary. The candidate should have good numerical skills, IT skills and who is competent in both English and Khmer. The consultant will have to analyse data and form a report based on Check My School Phase 2 (CMS2) which is funded by Cambodian Civil Society Strengthening Project, a USAID funded project that aims to improve the education service at primary schools in the provinces of Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri.

• Verify the existing data and amend any errors
• Explore more inputs from related stakeholders if necessary
• Review the report line and improve it for approval from ANSA management team
• Conduct a literature review and analyze the findings
• Present the drafted report for feedback by the stakeholders
• Develop the final school monitoring report in both Khmer and English
• Summarize the report into a three page info-sheet in Khmer and English

The consultant will work closely with the Executive Director and the expert team, program team and provincial focal persons (if necessary) including the finance team in ANSA

• Data analyzation skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong numeric and communication skills
• IT literacy
• Experience in report writing is desirable
