Summary of Position
- Reviewing; validating; monitoring; filtering; investigatingprofiles/accounts, products, contents,etc. on client’s database in terms of agreed valuesin compliance with the policy to improveoverall user experience across the client’s platforms
- Reviewing; validating; monitoring; filtering; investigatingprofiles/accounts, products, contents,etc. with high quality, speed, open-mindedness andaccuracy
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported onsocial media such as requests for accountsupport and reports of potentially abusive content

- Native speaker of any of the following languages (Mandarin,Cantonese, Taiwanese, Thai,Vietnamese, Burmese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian,Tagalog, Farsi, Laos, Urdu)
- Basic knowledge on Social media platforms as wellas Computer operations
