Corporate Secretary and Human Resources Officer
Summary of Position
The cooperative of development organizations that support vulnerable communities by scaling up successful climate-friendly projects is looking for a Corporate Secretary and Human Resources Officer.
The Corporate Secretary and Human Resources Officer will be in charge of implementing the organization’s internal corporate policies and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in locations where it currently operates.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Similar role in the private or non-profits sector.
Fluency in English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage board meetings, draft agendas, record minutes and correspondence
- Plan and support annual general meetings, liaise with the company secretary, fill relevant documents and manage correspondence
- Implement human resources policies, and process of human resource administrative functions
- Manage corporate governance activities, include ensure compliance with Singapore and Cambodia regulations and correspond with the relevant departments of government
- Plan and coordinate annual and regular meetings, support events, assist the Executive in administration and implement corporate reporting activities where required
- Knowledge of corporate reporting and communicating, including capacity to take high quality meeting minutes and produce short and concise summary reports
- Coordinate high level meetings and liaise with the Company Secretariat, maintaining corporate and secretarial records, with little or no supervision
- Coordinate and execute international travel arrangements for staff and support event participation
