Customer Service Officer
Summary of Position
We are a leading BPO company specializes in providing high quality and innovative services to the B2B and B2C markets is looking for a Customer Service Officer (to be based in Overseas).
Some experience in customer service area is a plus.
Good at Khmer and English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customers' inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service experience to all customers
- Handle, escalate and resolve customer complaints
- Professional communication both via telephone and chatting with customers
