CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: Currently. we are looking for a Customs Clearance Officer.

• To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time
• Handle the day to day customs clearance operations of the department
• Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities
• Proper co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Transporters, customs and Customers for timely collection and dispatch of shipments
• Ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items
• Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices if not in Arabic, and forward them to the Customs Broker
• Ensure that all relevant systems are used correctly for all jobs / shipments all jobs are invoiced and closed within the specified time frame

• Need Customs clearance certificate
• Minimum 2years experience with customs clearance
• Excellent listening and questioning skills
• Good solving problem/motivation and convince skills
• Good in writing and spoken English/Khmer, Priority admission in Chinese
