Defect Supervisor
Summary of Position
Urban Hub (Cambodia): Currently, we are looking for a Defect Supervisor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all defects with all development and pre-production environments
- Lead daily operation with representation from QA/Testing Teams
- Initiate and manage escalation process for any defects exceeding
- Maintain defect database and ensure all changes are following the guidelines of the defect management process
- Update weekly and monthly defect status and trending reports
- Identify and implement process & tools improvements for defect prevention and/or to improve defect resolution times
- Manage the triage defects by assigning appropriate priority, determining ownership of the defect, and routing the defect to the appropriate resource
- Implement and Monitor punch list of the defect daily operations
- Follow up detailed Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up requirements for all phases of the project and vendor assistance
- Supervise the punch list and ensure the priorities are deal with
- Coordinate the Project Pre-commissioning plans and schedules closely with all other departments
- Ensure timely availability of systems and sub-systems in a Mechanically Complete status
- Liaise with the Interface Manager with respect to Classification Society related issues (required permits, etc.)

Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or relent filed
- 2 years’ experience in condominium project or apartment service
- Knowledge in DEFECT tracking and operations SOP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office system for record tracking
- HSSE/Functional/Technical/Handover & Close Out Work/
- Understand and use of Commissioning & Start-Up Plans/ Manage his team associated Resource Plan
