DYNAMIC GROUP: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Dental Sales Specialist.

1. To assist in sales & marketing research for dental products
2. To follow up current customers and look for new prospect customers
3. To promotes and sales of dental products in a specific market segmentation
4. To perform daily visit to dentists /dental lab/dental clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship
5. To prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior
6. To identify the target doctors, potency of each dentist, status of each target dentists (acquired, add on and retention)
7. To implement action plan which has been discussed by the superior
8. To share new knowledge/operation technique to doctor when required
9. To coordinate remain payment with customer
10. To comply the company rule & regulation
11. To Participate with Quality of Work Environment Program through KAIZEN & 5S; and
12. To perform other related tasks as assigned by superior

• Bachelor degree in medical
• At least 2 years experience with Dental product or relevant job
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency MS Office and Email
• Strong in English, verbal/written communication
• Be flexible, accountable and work hard
• Eager to learn & motivation
• Have a enthusiastic and like to work in dynamic situation and complex environment
• Be able to work under pressure with competitor/customer
