Design Manager
Summary of Position
Ai Associates (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd: Currently, we are looking for a Design Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Space planning, Conceptual design, and Design development – work together to
- brainstorm for design direction and conceptualization
- Client liaison/servicing, including presentation and ‘sell’ works to clients
- Attend client meetings and participate in client correspondence
- Construction drawings, assist with tender and site observation – responsible in
- translate the concept into design details and solution in technical drawings
- Manage and review on design team Tender / Construction drawing package
- Prepare sample boards, presentation materials, and powerpoint presentation
- Obtain sign-off for all drawings & finishes
- Help elevate Design Standards and provide Design Quality Control
- Site Analysis and Inventory Assessment
- Responsible with areas associated with the design
- Obtain specialist details and Shop Drawings
- Coordinate inputs from Building management, Architects, or Consultants to ensure
- compliance of regulation
- Briefing & liaison with QS and Contractor on design Costing & details
- Prepare As-Built drawings and O&M
- 2D rendering & 3D artist impression when necessary
- Ensure proper housekeeping and updates of the library at all time

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint & 3D software
- A good team player, committed, self-motivated
- Positive working attitude, good initiative, committed and willing to learn
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well versed in AutoCAD / Photoshop and PowerPoint software
- Good knowledge and experience in handling Tender/ Construction drawing
- package and interior detailing in AutoCAD for commercial offices
