Digital Marketing Supervisor
Summary of Position
Our client is a leading leasing independent and fast-growing financial institution backed by international investors. They are looking for one Digital Marketing Supervisor who will be responsible for Digital marketing, Communication and as well as Research. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Digital marketing
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, social media, advertising campaigns and maintain our social media presence
- Development and budgeting of digital delivery channel
- Performance monitoring for social media & website and conversion tests
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
Communication
- Help implement communication strategies
- Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
- Oversee and help set guidelines for online and phone communications with clients
Research
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Monitor the market and review the existing products continuously
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Other Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
