Summary of Position
Prince D'Angkor Hotel & Spa offers a luxurious haven, elegantly furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay, all the facilities and traditional Cambodian hospitality you would expect.
We are looking for a Driver who is to provide a warm and friendly welcome to the guest at the airport. He also has to assist the guest with their luggage and provide information on the local attractions.
Good in English or other language for communication.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To report for duty punctually and wearing the neat and clean uniform, as well as wearing name tag and polished shoes
- To know the basic function of the engine
- To be familiar with the local street and lane. He also has to know how to guest to the tourist destination at the fastest and safe way
- To know how to solve the problem in case of any accident
- He must carry a valid driver license
- He has to warm up the car every morning and check that everything is in working order
- He has to ensure that the hotel cars are properly maintained and services
- To maintain the cleanliness of the cars at all time
- To report any problem or in case of abnormalities regarding to the cars immediately to Front Office Supervisor and Front Office Manager
- To provide efficient and courteous service at all time
- To be a sales person at the airport for the guest who does not have much knowledge of the Hotel
- To co-ordinate and check the information of arriving guest with the Front Office Supervisor and Reservations Office
- To maintain a good relationship with all the other operating departments
- To be responsible for the handling airport pick up and transfer
- To greet all arriving guest and wish farewell to departing guest
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned such as deliver any in-house items or documents to departments concerned in the hotel
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all time according to established procedures
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to hotel’s policies and procedures, especially emergency situation
- To have a complete understanding of the hotel employee handbook and adhere to the rules and regulations contained
- To develop detailed knowledge about the hotel’s staff, services and house of operation
- To attend all training whenever requested by the management
- To know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them, being aware of accident
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are carried out accordingly to standards, policies and procedures
Languages Required
Good in English or other language for communication
Other Requirements
- Excellent in communication skills
- Driver’s license
