Executive Assistant

Summary of Position

Our client is into Real Estate and property management. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who will check, review and supervise to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and travel to the site with the CEO and assist him. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Specialist on BOQ

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

  • Check and follow up all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Review and supervise to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Check a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Check measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Coordinate the internal team and report to the management.

  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Check, follow up and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Check and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Proven working experience in project management

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with project management software tools
