Summary of Position
Our client is into Real Estate and property management. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who will be responsible to provide executive assistance and support for the CEO’s office in following-up with respective Project Teams on the Group in-house and third-party projects He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of Groups internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Group projects on behalf of CEO.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, all relevant internal stakeholders and project team appointed by CEO
- Follow-up on the detailed project plan, timeline and approved budget of each projects under the Group.
- Report and escalate any project “red flags” as needed to the CEO for attention
- Establish and maintain good relationships with third party consultants/landowners/key contractors & vendors for CEO’s Office.
- Maintain proper filing for all projects executed documentation and agreements/contracts.
- Organize project management meeting with proposed agenda and recording of minutes of meeting.
- Use and continually develop team building and management skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned by CEO

Other Requirements
- Proven working experience as executive assistant for Senior Management in Property Construction and Development industry. At least 5 years of similarposition.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project managementsoftware tools preferable.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English
