Finance & Administration Manager

Summary of Position

Belt Road Capital Mangment is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager. The succefull cnadiate will oversee an office of 10 -15 employees and take responisblility for all internal office procedures, both in a financial and administration capacitiy. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and report including P\L Statement, Balance Sheet, and  Cash Flow Statement
  • Oversee monthly payroll distribution 
  • Deal with relevant ministry or relevant associations for reporting requirement, audit or inspection
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Manage all associated daily and weekly document and reporting practices
  • Set and develop internal policy, procedure and work flow in accounting processes
  • Perform any other duties assigned from by Management

Experience Required

Minimum of four years working experience in a similar role

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
  • Thorough understanding of accounting standards, concepts and financial reporting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to make effective decision and judgment
  • Have a good proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Honest, responsible and willing to work in small mulitcultural environment
  • Strong English communication skills, Chinese will be an advantage
