Fleet Sales Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a genuine vehicle and spare parts distributor in Cambodia. They are looking for a Fleet Sales Manager who will be responsible for the fleet business and leasing including annual sales plan & budgeting, business development and client relationship management. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Together with distributor and corporate planning set annual sales and budget plan of fleet sales segment customers & leasing business customer
  • Draw strategic action plans with effective KPI monitoring and visualization tools
  • Conduct market survey and analysis related to the business segment for setting up the success sales strategies
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance review in a PDCA manner within and across Dept or Function
  • Provide clear guidance and instruction to team or peer colleagues with the aim to sustain target in a win-win context
  • Optimize company value chains and lobbing activities by integrating it during the work/sales process with internal, customers, or business partners
  • Increase no. of fleet pools through daily and weekly interaction with target groups
  • Keep reviewing work processes to leveling customer satisfaction proving implementation of customer care policy
  • Realize and implement efficient and effective risk management
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Reporting to

  • To General Manager and President

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Management or related field
  • At least 5 years experiences in middle management of sales or related field with a great knowledge of automotive industry
  • Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, team work oriented, and build team vision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with sound English literature
  • Logical thinking, able to work efficiently with project with long term strategic approach
  • Great communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
