The Plantation – urban resort & spa – is looking for a French Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine - Passionate, Creative & Hands-on with experience working in South East Asia.

We are seeking an Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine who has the creativity to enhance menus of our hotel restaurants and the passion to lead Cambodian team to execute every service.

English, Khmer and other languages would be a plus too.

• Ability to schedule according to volume
