The leading international property development company based in Cambodia is looking for a Graphic Designer.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact, and involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. 

At least 2 years experience in advertising background and understanding of basic marketing concept.

Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Meeting with clients or art director to determine the scope of a project
• Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type
• Developing graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos and websites, creating designs either by hand or using computer software packages, and select color, images, text style and layout
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Presenting the design to clients or art director and incorporating changes recommended by clients into the final design
• Reviewing final layouts and suggest improvements as needed, designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Liaise and coordinate with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to ensure optimal output of finalized materials

To the Brand Development Supervisor

• Bachelor degree of Fine Art in graphic design programs and IT skills
• Strong design portfolio
• Understanding of current the trends and styles and ability to manage time, meet deadlines and work within a budget
• Knowledge of printing techniques and photography
• Excellent at communication skills and find practical solutions to problems
