MAADS - hospitality development and management – is a company currently being setup by the founders/operators of several well-known boutique hotels, restaurants and shops in Cambodia.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be in charge of maintaining and developing the visual identity of the group and its properties, according to their predefined graphic standards. ​He/She will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and contribute to their recognition and assimilation among clients and the public in general.

This position demands creative talent, flair, up-to-date knowledge of graphic softwares and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. The Graphic Designer will be in charge of the production of a wide variety of materials such as advertising visuals, posters, flyers, menus, books and corporate communications.

+2 years' experience in Graphic Design.

Fluency in English. Khmer and other languages would be a plus.

• Prioritizing and realizing all graphic requests
• Submitting creations to managers and founders’ approval
• Proceeding to adjustments
• Providing ready-to-use layouts and templates for minor graphic needs
• Guiding and supervising the realization of minor graphic needs by properties
• Contacting and negotiating with suppliers and other external businesses
• Ensuring the quality of all external media – prints especially

The Graphic Designer will work under the supervision of the company’s founders and closely with the General Managers of each property to collect, prioritize and answer their graphic needs
