Guest Relations

Summary of Position

Renaissance Downtown Dubai: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Guest Relations. As Renaissance Guest Relations ambassador your main role will be ensuring that, all Marriott Bonvoy members and the hotel guests are well taken care of, valued and welcomed according to the hotel standards. At Renaissance, the GRA is a crucial member in the hotel considering the constant engagement with our discoverers. The successful GRA will insure that every guest returns home with memorable discoveries by providing a personalized, indigenous and unique service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Send Pre-arrival emails and replying to guests emails accordingly
  • Prepare amenities report for VIPs
  • Follow up with the amenities and special requests
  • Prepare VIPs reports (Arrivals & In-houses)
  • Prepare the Club lounge forecast
  • Place beverages/ food items for the club lounge
  • Manage the boardroom bookings and update it on the trucking sheet

  • Follow up with the amenities and special requests
  • Prepare VIPs reports (Arrivals & In-houses)
  • Prepare the Club lounge forecast

  • Welcome the guests and assist them with their queries
  • Offer welcome drink and towel for the guests checking-in and escort them to the room
  • Make sure that the pantry is tidy and maintained
  • Engage with the guests and assist the Front Office Operation
  • Perform In-room check-in & checkout for VIPs
  • Pick up orders from receiving and store
  • Set up for the breakfast & Happy Hour in the lounge
  • Collect guests’ preferences and update them accordingly on GXP
  • Ensure the Club lounge cleanliness is always maintained as per the hotel standards
