Head of Card Center
Summary of Position
Our client is one of the leading companies in banking and financial services. The Card Center Head will be in charge of ensuring that the work is properly carried out in accordance to the company’s guidelines, procedures and instructions. The role also requires the Card Center Head to supervise business operations and formulate business strategies to increase profitability.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate business strategy to solicit new customers’ retention, promote card usage, merchant acquisitions, maintain and expand POS network
- Develop new product features and services, business process re-engineering and customer service strategy for overall customers’ satisfaction
- Enhance standard operation procedure, security measures, and policies to improve transaction authorization and minimize fraudulent activities
- Ensure credit and settlement risks are properly managed
- Manage back-office operations and ensure compliances with various card schemes and concerned regulators’ guidelines
- To carry out tasks assigned by customer banking head and senior management from time to time

Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or related management position
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required

Languages Required
Khmer and English
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong management and decision making skills
- Professional proficiency in Khmer and English
- Ability to create innovating solutions to challenges and opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, team working and partnership working skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian banking system and regulations
- Good knowledge of customer service and customer retention strategies
- Experience with POS services
