Provides assistance to the guests of a hotel throughout all the stages of their stay. Includes performing check-in, assigning rooms, helping guests complete registration cards, handling reservations and collaborating with hotel staff.

Job responsibilities include greeting and registering guests and checking to ensure the entire guest experience is excellent. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greeting guests and completing the registration process as well as escorting them to their room and assisting them with check-out
• Managing and keeping records including booking, cancellation, check-in and check-out, receipts and payments during the shift
• You will need to communicate and keep your colleagues and supervisor informed
• You are responsible for seeking advice and support and are encouraged to do so when necessary
• You must be ready to assist hotel guests any time.
• You are responsible for responding to guest inquiries and requests and resolving any issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• You are responsible for protecting the safety and security at the hotel
