HR & Admin Specialist

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the leading international retail company specialized in designing, sourcing and manufacturing sports products. They are looking for an HR & Admin Specialist who will in charge of all the HR tasks in the company and supervise administration tasks for staffs over 100. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • Define & anticipate recruitment needs with all leaders, in line with business strategies
  • Build the standards process and tools of recruitment for each recruitment channel
  • Source & Manage the HR Agencies and channels (head-hunters, websites,…) to meet our human needs
  • Select and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate, plan and organize recruitment sessions
  • Develop and maintain a rich and “ready” candidate database
  • Develop the autonomy of leaders in recruitment
  • Develop and ensure a good image of the Company as an Employer / Recruiter


  • Attract and retain talent by building attractive Remuneration package which is in line with Company’s strategies
  • Ensure the tools are available to support leaders & teammates to understand Remuneration Policy & package
  • Ensure Salary benchmarking of all jobs are up-to-date to support all teammates in their remuneration decision
  • Source and manage Insurance Agency
  • Coordinate Insurance Training & Claims between teammates & Insurance Agency


  • Manage the Staff onboarding
  • Ensure the teammates understanding about values and purposes of the company


  • Develop and maintain safety policy, procedures and staff training to ensure the safety of all staff
  • Ensure the happiness and engagement at work


  • Oversee administration officer in day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate with legal department to ensure the compliance of Labor Contracts and other local regulations related to HR

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in HR/ Admin or related fields
  • Need to be well-organized, focus on actions and challenges, high demanding level, has good communication, proactive, and detail oriented
