HR and Admin Assistant
Summary of Position
FEEDPRO KH CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position HR and Admin Assistant.
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant (HRAA) is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The HRAA will be required to take direction, work intuitively, work professionally and culturally appropriate manner to support the completion of the department’s goals and objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
HR and Administrative
- Support all internal and external HR and Admin related inquiries or request
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answers employee’s questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Oversee and control all the Rosters’ schedule for each department monthly
- Daily monitoring of staff and workers attendance
- Monitoring of absences, overtime, leave records including annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, resigned and terminated employees
- Monitor the staff safety and welfare, working conditions, reward and recognition practices
- Manage and control NSSF (payment, claim benefit, registration for new employees)
- Manage and monitor the staff in and out for Ministry of Labor
- Manage documents for work permit and visa extension for foreign employees
- Process documents with related to Ministries in Cambodia
- Perform other task assigned by manager

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Khmer and English
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Previous working experience as an HR and Admin
- Have good knowledge of Cambodian labor law, compensation and benefits
- Full understanding of HR and Admin functions and best practices
- Act as reliable and supportive team member
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both English and Khmer
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work with a minimum supervision
