HR and Admin Officer

Summary of Position

FEEDPRO KH CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position HR and Admin Officer.

This position is accountable for assisting in delivering human resources support for smooth functioning of HR processes throughout the employee’s life cycle at the organization. Within this, the HR and Admin Officer will have to bring a special and strong focus and support on the recruitment process, and employee engagement, using his/her experience in recruitment sources strategies according to the open position level in order to identify the right pool of talent through the right channel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage our company’s short-term and long-term hiring needs in leading and operating the diverse phases of the recruitment process
  • Coordinates with managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and all along the recruitment process
  • Advertise the job openings across multiple channels, according to the open position level and its scope 
  • Coordinates interviews (both phone and in-person) and ensure our company recruits and retains qualified employees, while nurturing a healthy and productive work environment
  • Manage the administrative tasks related including documentation, reports and filling of HR and related documents
  • Coordinate new joiners’ orientation and induct them about the general rules and regulations of the organization and Compensation and Benefits structures (including the maintenance of the check list for new joiners, finger print registration, etc

Employee Engagement

  • Manage Employee Personnel Movement (In and Out Staff’s and workers)
  • Assist in Managing staffs training and development
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
  • Assist the HR Manager to create new policy in place and ensure all policy to implement
  • Manage the employment offer letter, employment contract, salary adjustment/promotion, resignation and termination
  • Able to work on processing Documents under different Ministries in Cambodia

Administrative

  • Monitoring of office stationaries and uniforms
  • Monitor and Control Staff Meals
  • Issuing Company ID to new employees
  • Issuing office stationary for new comers
  • Perform other task assigned by manager

Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer and English

Other Requirements

  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in human resource and administrative systems management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of human resource function an advantage
  • Excellent Communication Skills both English and Khmer
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Offices – Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Research and Emails)
  • Strong Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • Strong commitment and vision
