HR Executive

Summary of Position

Mango Byte Technology Co., Ltd: Currently, we are looking for an HR Executive.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • In charge of the recruiting process: headhunting, participating in interviews, onboarding, and training employees
  • Develop a recruiting process: testing, and interviewing programs, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommend changes
  • Develop and conduct orientation and training programs for old and new recruits to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal systems for employees
  • Manage and keep track of all the relevant records of employees
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements: staff movement, NSSF, quotas, work permits, working visa, or anything related to the Ministry of labor
  • Keep track of employee’s time recording and produce the payroll accordingly
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
