Huione: Currently, we are looking for a HR Manager.

• Assist in the formulation and improvement of the company's internal organizational structure, rules, and regulations.
• Understand the recruitment channels in Cambodia, and be responsible for carrying out recruitment, interview, training, and assessment.
• Responsible for handling relevant procedures in labor relations (entry, promotion, transfer, resignation).
• Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the office.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

• More than 4 years of work experience in the Human Resource department, working experience in an insurance company is preferred.
• Cambodian nationality.
• High school degree or above.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Khmer.
• Have good communication and understanding skills, be flexible and organized.
• Have a sense of responsibility and professionalism, and work rigorously.
