HR/Admin Officer

Summary of Position

LCH Construction Co. Ltd., is a member of the LCH Investment Group Co. Ltd. Its core business involves in construction. LCH believes in teamwork and has over the years established itself based on the core value of trust, innovation and excellence. The HR/Admin Officer is incharge to ensure the HR/Admin works related are smooth function support with whole process of HR cycology and ensure the policy & procedure are fully understand and implemented adhere by all level of staffs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resource

  • Prepare recruitment and selection process (Post jobs Announcement, Shortlist, Interview, evaluating, reference check, appointment and contact)
  • Control Staff attendance, overtime and day off
  • Leave Management record and ensure it proper record and application is accuracy
  • Keep an update employee data base
  • Ensure the policy and procedure are communicate, understood and adhered by all employees
  • Organize and monitor the staff performance appraisal, for the probation completion and annual appraisal, assisting each Manager/department head/supervisor, ensure they have fully understood the process and no bias was applied
  • Develops Human Resource official forms to be used in the Company to meet the standard established
  • To assist in new staff orientation program; revie and feedback process to ensure new employee is catching up with works & the environment
  • Provide overall support to each department for HR related issues
  • Coordinate for staff training and development
  • Ensure consistent in decision-making on employee relations and disciplinary actions as well as internal promotion within the organization
  • Ensure legal ethical compliance relevant to Cambodian Labor Law and company objective
  • Be responsible for conflicting situation among staffs in line with particular policy
  • Other duties as assigned by Management Team

Administration

  • Car reservation for Management and staffs
  • Issue sationary and record of usage
  • Ensure the office is in cleanliness & hygiene condition
  • Coordinate; control and keep tracking of car repair & maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned by Management Team

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

  • BBA or MBA in field of Management, preferably in Human Resource Management
  • Experience in Human Resource Management with some Management  background
  • Have knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Perform strong communication skills in other languages is preferable
  • Good computer literacy in MS. Office, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and others
  • Highly organized and have very effective time management skills
  • Staff supervision, training/coaching and management experience
  • Being proactive and able to work independent
