Human Capital Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the manufacturing companies in Cambodia. They are looking for a Human Capital Manager who will be responsible for the whole functions of HR including recruitment, training, budgeting, performance management, and employee’s relation. He/she will be based in Kampong Speu.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire HCM function and support Businesses to achieve their goals
  • Ensure management of People performance, Career Growth, consequence management
  • Identify, source and select the right people to meet the business target of company.
  • Initiate, Design and Implement manpower planning and budgeting process to ensure deployment of right skill for right job.
  • Drive Employee Relations programs and initiatives that enables retention of capable and high performing people.
  • Identify specific roles in consultation with the management and implement localization of expat roles to be filled by potential local talent in the next 12 months
  • Train Department heads and managers to complete the Performance Appraisal Process as per schedule and provide feedback to their reportees
  • Enable a career path to grow high performing and high potential people.

  • Prioritize and automate HR operational, performance and people process.
  • Manage the Union activity and union expectations ensuring zero impact to production and business.

  • To Group Head of HR

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in human resources management or related field
  • Conceptual knowledge of HR and People Behavior.
  • Thorough knowledge of Cambodia Labour Law and Export Zones rules and regulations.
  • Ability to manage Unions and union negotiations.
  • Understanding and exposed to Employee relations initiatives and programs.
  • Exposure to HR in a manufacturing organization.
  • Ability to work with people of multiple cultures
  • Good at critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, leading, influencing and coaching skills
  • People & Customer oriented, Result oriented, innovative, flexible
