Human Resources Supervisor
Summary of Position
A Boutique Hotel in the center of Phnom Penh, offers services of quality to Business Travellers and Tourists, with a focus on local culture and comfort is looking for a Human Resource Supervisor.
The Human Resources Supervisor will be in charge of delivery Human Resources service: recruitment, human resource policies, payroll, benefits, administrative work, planning.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources in hospitality sector.
Professional proficiency in English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee recruitment and selection process including job posting, shortlist, interview, reference check, training, counseling, and disciplining staff
- Prepare staff payroll benefits and compensation records
- Administer staff records and profiles such as personal profiles, leave records, personal improvement records, appreciation and warning records
- Manage queries regarding all benefits and compensation issues
- Ensure staff orientation to foster positive attitude toward to hotel’s service
- Manage and issue employment contract, and termination process
- Support management by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions
- Other related tasks as assigned

Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources in hospitality sector

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Professional proficiency in English
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related field
- Strong understanding of Cambodian Labor Law, Human Resources policies, and procedures
- Capability to negotiate, influence, and good at problem solving, people handling, team building
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Skillful in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
