Inbound Service Manager with Chinese customers

Summary of Position

Siem Reap International Travel is the first inbound western travel agency.

We are looking for an Inbound Service Manager with Chinese customers with experience in Travel & Tourism is compulsory and Operation & Reservation Systems.

Chinese (Mandarin) compulsory, English required and French is a plus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles clients accounts from China
  • Elaborates programmes and quotations
  • Reservation of hotels rooms and meals in hotels and follow up to inform Chinese clients
  • Coordinates with Operation departments in Siem Reap office
  • Register bookings in reservation system
  • Works closely with colleagues from other departments

Experience Required

Experience in Travel & Tourism is compulsory
Experience with Operation & Reservation Systems

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Chinese (Mandarin) compulsory
English required
French is a plus

Other Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree of Tourism-Related field or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of Internet
  • High level of commitment, service minded and strong work ethic
  • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as within a team; flexible working hours as work load can become intense during high season
