EXO TRAVEL is the leading destination management company (DMC) in Asia, operating in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesia, Japan and now China. We provide travel services for tour operators, travel agents, event organizers and individuals from around the world. 

We are looking for an Inbound Travel Consultant with at least 2 year of experiences in inbound sales consultant or Tour Operator.

Good communication skills with good command of English, any additional foreign language such as Spanish or German has priority.

• Correspond in English with overseas travel agents and partners of the company and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information
• Provide consultative advice; suggest suitable options in order to create good tailor-made itineraries
• Quote, prepare and submit detailed programs and price proposals to over sea agents
• Process booking and send the confirmation to over sea agents
• Deal with local suppliers such as local hotels and cruises
• Issue invoices for each booking and collect payment in due time, together with Accounting department
• Handle and reply to comments and complaints (if any)
• Respect company’s procedures and usage of our professional Tour Operating software (tour plan)
• Perform any other duties as requested by Inbound Department Manager and the Management

• Bachelor's degree, preferable in Tourism
• Passionate about traveling with an open minded attitude
• Reasonable knowledge of tourist sites and products
• Attention to details, responsibility and flexibility
• Team spirit, initiative, high commitment, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
