- Strong understanding of customer buying pattern and competition landscape is a must
- Understanding of solution sales cycle methodologies
- Established network in the industry and customer circles
- Team player and ability to maximize work from presales team
- Ability to provide guidance to presales team & lead a complex sales process
- Understands complex account management principles and execution record
- Good written and oral communication skills
