Summary of Position

WBO is part of the WorldBridge Group of Companies. Today, WBO offers 24/7 call center services including in-bound calls, out-bound calls, data entry/scanning, data center services, website and software/app development, data and web hosting, IT support, etc. Currently, we are looking for IT Support Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support back office client and on site in the town and province
  • Maintenance network, VPN, CCTV, E-Mail and Telephone system
  • Follow support schedule to support client as weekly
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by IT Manager

Experience Required

2 years

Minimum Educational Level Required

Some College Coursework Completed

Minimum Career Level Required

Fresh Graduate / Entry level

Other Requirements

  • Hard work, smart and fast learner
  • Loyalty and share any feedback
  • Can work as team
  • BA of Information  System
  • Linux & Window Server
  • Can speak & write English
  • Worked at ISP (Internet Service Provider)
  • 2 years in the IT work
  • Skill in Networking (Mikroti, Fartigal & CiSCO)
