We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer with minimum 3 years legal works experience preferably gained in MNCs.

Excellent written and spoken of English and Khmer.

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and commercial agreement matters
• Ensure corporate operations in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Review policies and procedures for legal compliance and fraud avoidance
• Monitoring and provide recommendations on sources of liability or legal risk
• Communication with local government and regulatory bodies
• Response to any investigation and liaison with external counsel
• Manage regulatory filings
• Formulate and provide compliance training to relating staff

• Professional qualification in legal studies with good academic result
• Able to communicate with people at all levels including government officials
• Mix of regulatory, corporate and commercial experience preferred
• Operational compliance experience highly preferred
• Proactive and logical mindset with sound legal judgment
• Extremely organized with high level of integrity
