Overall summary: As Logistics Officer you will coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, local agents, clearance agents for all logistics perspective and work closely with related divisions to update shipment status.

• Manage day to day operation of overall shipments arrangement
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts (John Deere Tractor, Special Products, JCB heavy equipment, Ford Vehicles, Fuso Vehicles, JLR Vehicles and Forklift)
• Verify products customs code
• Provide costing to the relevant divisions
• Review invoices/costs sent by agents
• Prospect trucking companies
• Peform other tasks assigned by direct manager

• Graduated Bachelor Degree in related field
• At least 1 year experience in logistics field
• Computer literacy in Ms. Office such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & Email
• English is communicable
• Be able to take initiative
• Ability to work multi-tasks and team work.
