Manager, Regulatory Affairs

Summary of Position

Our client is a leading Market Expansion Service provider for companies who want to grow their business in Cambodia. They are seeking a Manager, Regulatory Affairs who manages the local implementation of the company Product Advertisement activities and Materiel, guarantee the regulatory compliance to local and international laws and regulations. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of regulatory affairs' policies, procedures and standards to ensure alignment to global the organization quality policy and local/international quality standards
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques
  • Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive actions on regulatory affairs' activities, Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel) - to ensure consistent implementation and full compliance across the country
  • Recommend improvement on policies, practices and processes related to Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel) to ensure the attainment of quality standards
  • Develop and conduct quality management training - Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel)- to enhance employees' awareness of quality and create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage the review with local management team on Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel) and updates to obtain commitment on local regulatory affairs implementation
  • Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders on Local regulation and requirement
  • Provide monthly update on the status of all activities
  • Support the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs to ensure consistent implementation

  • Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs

Other Requirements

  • Education in Marketing or related skill
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set;
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Regulatory Affairs, Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel) and the organization behaviors to achieve team/function goals
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Regulatory Affairs, Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel) and the organization behaviors as part of continuous learning
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Product Advertisement (Promotional activities and Promotional materiel), concepts and methodologies
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge, comprehension and applications of local regulations
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
