Marketing Communications Executive

Summary of Position

Our client is a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures. They are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive who will be responsible for the full spectrum of the company’s marketing communications. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the production and management of all marketing communications materials, digital marketing and brand awareness as well as related exhibitions and events.
  • Manage all Print/POS and Direct Mail campaigns, work closely with the sales and project team regarding format, design, production, fulfilment, data and distribution.
  • Support the Country Manager to develop an annual marketing plan. This should detail the year’s activity to meet the agreed company objectives.
  • Assist the Country Manager in budget management to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, work with all departments for its execution.
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
  • Liaise with creative agencies and suppliers on artwork and production schedule.
  • Review marketing / communication issues with the management.
  • Ensure that our showroom is well maintained, and proper products are put forward.
  • Control the samples stock and the annual sample budget.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experiences in related fields.
  • Highly energetic and fast learner, able to absorb knowledge fast, on both business and technology.
  • Excellent coordination skills – able to priorities and get results.
  • Solid Presentation and Analytical Skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Independent, mature and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active and engaging personality.
