Officer for Payment Support Technical

Summary of Position

Hattha Kaksekar Limited: Currently, we are looking for an Officer for Payment Support Technical.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop user guide and guideline regarding to Payment services.
  • Develop application as java or asp.net to support Payment system.
  • Find out any negative activities in operation Payment service as well as non-compliance of policies, forms’ completion, or any other further mistakes in branches/merchant.
  • Assist control in all aspects of local Payment operations by providing support to assigned branch Payment personnel.
  • Perform Payment systems audits.
  • Assist in implementation and ongoing training. Coordinate personnel transitions that may be needed to support the system and/or process.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Reporting to

  •  Unit Manager of CBD for Payment 

Experience Required

- Experience in a systems administration and support environment.

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in a systems administration and support environment.
  • Experience in problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of various system architectures including hardware and software.
  • Computer literacy in particular database, Switch systems, Mobile System and networking.
