Operation Executive

Summary of Position

Raintree Development is a joint venture between Urbanland Asia. Raintree is Cambodia’s first boutique, contemporary office building, designed for fast-growing businesses with an innovative approach to workspace.

The Operations Executive will be a core member of the property team, helping to oversee general operations, managing ongoing tenant needs and supporting the Property Manager where needed.

We are looking for a motivated individual to build their leadership skills, and be a founding member of a strong maintenance and management team from the start of a brand new project.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations and comply with company policies and procedures at all times and ensure building standards and efficiencies are maintained
  • Ensure compliance with any and all applicable government regulations
  • Manage and monitor the work of the service contractors including security and pest control
  • Check that agreed work by team members or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
  • Act as liaison for building maintenance, cleaning, parking, and security issues
  • Conduct regular checking to ensure adherence to safety and security standards within the building.
  • Maintain and manage the facility’s furniture, fixtures and equipment inventory as required
  • General review and inspections of the building and all activities.
  • Prepare for emergency and urgent issues response;
  • Settle day-to-day complaints from tenants and landlord, and escalate where required
  • Prepare property condition and inventory reports.
  • Handle tenant property enquiries
  • Provide technical events support where required
  • Ensure all required property reporting is completed

Minimum 1 year experience

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English and Khmer

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields
  • Experience in property management, building operations, retail operations - or related administrative fields
  • Ambitious, detailed, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Action-oriented, well-organized, ability to multi-task, professional, and friendly
  • Interest in real estate and entrepreneurship preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with email and preferably Microsoft Office
