Operations Coordinator

Summary of Position

Our client is a real estate and property development company in Cambodia. They are looking for an Operations Coordinator who is in charge of managing day-to-day operation of the company and making sure of a smooth communication and working process across departments. S/He will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee different departments working together to achieve high performance
  • Ensure company’s standards and operational procedures are adhered to from a project management scope
  • Assist project teams through the operations procedure and resolve concerns as they arise and strategically develop and implement improvements with project teams
  • Develop and maintain day-to-day schedules prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding
  • Plan purchases and sales orders
  • Negotiate procurement with contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate budget, services, equipment and commodities within company policy and procedure
  • Create reports for business expense, financial records and audits
  • Conduct general and clerical office tasks
  • Analyze and coordinate the supply chain of the business
  • Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels

Other Requirements

  • At least  4 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building, communication (written and oral) and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple project stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identify solutions.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
