Personal Assistant

Summary of Position

Phnom Penh Land Development Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Personal Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments as instructed
  • Controlling access to Chairwoman
  • Coordinating and/or helping arrange the events and conferences when instructed
  • Reminding Chairwoman of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with internal staffs, suppliers and clients for business activities and/or projects
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Conducting research on behalf of Chairwoman when instructed
  • Perfoming other tasks as assigned by Chairwoman

Experience Required

At least 2 years of experience in administrative supports and secretary affairs

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Languages Required

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of business administration or equivalent
