Summary of Position
Phnom Penh Land Development Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Personal Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments as instructed
- Controlling access to Chairwoman
- Coordinating and/or helping arrange the events and conferences when instructed
- Reminding Chairwoman of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with internal staffs, suppliers and clients for business activities and/or projects
- Collating and filing expenses
- Conducting research on behalf of Chairwoman when instructed
- Perfoming other tasks as assigned by Chairwoman
Experience Required
At least 2 years of experience in administrative supports and secretary affairs
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
