Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer-Chinese Speaker

Summary of Position

The major-player company specialized in real estate and property development in Cambodia is looking for a Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

The Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer will be in charge of supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.

Minimum experience 3 years working in a fast-paced executive administrative environment.

Proficiency in English and Chinese both speaking and writing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organise and attend meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Assist in providing administrative & logistical support to the CEO. Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel & travel related logistics
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Complete expense reports for reimbursement after the trip
  • Handle information requests
  • Prepare reports and correspondence
  • Liaise with key executives
  • Assist in providing administrative support to BD & Investment team of managers; executives and officers
  • Manage attendance, collate and extract the information to be presented
  • File documents, set up proper records and systems, data entry and verifications
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
