Phone Operator

Summary of Position

We operate in the business of CMED GROUP is divide into 3 groups, Retail and Distribution, Solution, and Property Development.

We are looking for a Phone Operator.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer all phone call and handle with professional manner
  • Take orders and issue invoice
  • Handle all processing documents at the counter
  • Communicate with gas delivery boy to delivery gas
  • Handles customer complaints and enquiries
  • Provides good services to customers
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by manager

Languages Required

English proficient

Other Requirements

  • Computer literate (Ms. Office & Excel)
  • Able to work independently and under time pressure
  • Reporting Skills
  • Be able to read and understand technical drawings, data sheets, and written work instructions
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
