Summary of Position
Medic'Air, a medical assistance company based in France, is developing its activity in Asia with a new office in Phnom Penh. We are recruiting a full-time telephone operator’s staff in order to handle the requests of our customers and their subscribers. Services are provided 24/7, 365 days a year. The position consists of alternating shift work (day/night and week/weekend). An initial training of two months and continuous training is provided by our teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls.
- Investigate and provide solutions to customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that require special handling.
- Organization of medical appointments.
- Handle medical cases.
- Handle medical expenses.
- Organization of medical evacuation to the native country.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

The work is done under the supervision of the nurses over Asia and/or the doctor in Paris.
Minimum Career Level Required
			Fresh Graduate / Entry level

			Required : Khmer - English

Other Requirements
- Male or female.
- +/- 30 years.
- Language skills: fluent in English – speaking, reading and writing.
- Other languages welcome Japanese, Mandarin.
Personals skills:
- No specific or medical background or diploma required.
- University degree required.
- Possess a customer-oriented personality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
