Belt Road Capital Management is currently deploying capital from its initial investment vehicle and is seeking an Investment Analyst to join the team.  As an Investment Analyst, you will support the origination and execution of deals in Southeast Asia.  The role will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Conduct market research, screen potential investment targets and analyze potential investees, including financial analysis and valuation
• Assist the Senior Investment Officers in due diligence, with ad hoc financial analysis and financial modeling on transactions
• Support the writing of investment memos and research reports for the investment team
• Develop a thorough understanding of local business markets and generate deal ideas in collaboration with the team

The Senior Investment Officers and will work closely with all members of Belt Road Capital Management’s investment team

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related field, MBA or CFA designation an advantage
• Strong analytical and technical skills in excel (including financial modeling)
• Fluent in Khmer and have excellent English abilities.  Chinese language skills would be an advantage
• Proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mind-set
• Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and to take on responsibility quickly
• Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems
