Product Specialist (Thai Speaking Preferred)

Summary of Position

Techtronic Industries (Thailand): currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Product Specialist. The Product Specialist is a position which has frontline communications with customers.

  • The chosen candidate will manage our product demonstrations, sales and aftersales service
  • He/she will represent our company's presence and our client in Cambodia
  • He/she will be embeded with our product knowledge and our business strategies in order to grow our business
  • He/she will be required to work well and have strong relationship with our local distributors

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Organize, Demonstrate Roadshows in assigned customers
  2. Manage quiries about company's offer and service
  3. Seek and Develop new related customers
  4. Report business update to direct line superior

Reporting to

Sales Manager

Experience Required

Sales position at least 2 years

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer
Thai (able to speak)

Other Requirements

  1. Must have residence in Phnom Penh
  2. Able to speak Thai (prefer) or English
  3. Must own a driving's license and car
  4. Outgoing and Extrovert personalities
  5. Able to travel accross Cambodia and every 6 Months to Thailand 
  6. Able to use and understand MS PowerPoint and Excel
  7. Self Reliance and Motivated
