Project Coordinator (Expat)
Summary of Position
LBL International is a French‐Cambodian construction company established in Southeast Asia since 1991. The main contractor, LBL is situated at the high‐end of the construction market and specialized in the implementation of prestigious projects such as luxury hotels, exclusive villas, residential buildings, institutions, commercial buildings and educational and humanitarian buildings. Currently, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (Expat).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and on-time submission of site management documents; shop drawings, material approval, method statements, QAQC manuals, etc
- Prepare and communicate document transmittal schedule, highlight late submission of responses, submit reminders as to late response to LBL’s submissions
- Ensure efficient and time-wise communication with clients and subcontractors; writing of meeting minutes
- Highlight late design development issues, non-compliance with LBL’s tender and propose/request alternative solutions to overcome potential issues
- Investigate, propose and ensure good execution of corrective actions taken to overcome the issues encountered
- Prepare and anticipate the collaboration of LBL with suppliers and sub-contractor according to the procurement schedule, the program of work and site conditions
- Quantity survey, submission of interim progress claims; preparation, validation, and submission of Variation Orders, Material Submittal
- Prepare, coordinate and validate the document transmittal schedule
- Submit shop drawings, material approval requests, method statement, request for approval
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Prepare the procurement schedule, collect samples, quotations, place orders; coordinate deliveries
- Prepare/adjust LBL’s programme of works and communicate the project programme of works to all parties
- Attend the meeting with clients, consultants, and party involved in the project

Good Knowledge in Construction Field
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Other Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Business administration, project management and entrepreneurship or procurement and supply chain and related fields
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Project
- Good knowledge construction field
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Ability to understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
