Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

• Lead project team to maximize capacities to reach the project deadline
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including BOQ (bills of quantities) with the architect
• Oversee site entitlement and due diligence effort for multiple new construction
• Manage project scoping and budgeting of remodel projects
• Overseeing the planning, development and execution of project deliverable lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes
• Present reports containing details regarding the project’s progress
• Prepare for project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers
• Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project

• Bachelor degree in architecture or project management
• At least 5 years working experience in related role
• Able to work under stressful pressure and by deadline
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Experience in food and beverage company would be advantage
